Key Responsibilities
- Activate recent retail outlets and facilitate initial billing through the authorized distributor network with support from the local sales team.
- Drive mechanic engagement and participation in loyalty programs to generate demand and increase product movement.
- Execute retailer meets, mechanic meets, and market activation activities as per the program calendar.
- Escalate distributor, retailer, or mechanic-related issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Market Development.
- Experience in Auto Components,



Automotive Aftermarket, Friction Parts or Spare Parts Mandatory
- Experience in Passenger Car (PC) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) segments will be preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and app-based reporting.
- Valid driving license required; own two-wheeler preferred.
