Role Description
The Manager – Internal Sales & Solution will lead the internal sales function,



focusing on solution-based selling for industrial automation and engineering projects. This full-time, in office role in Guwahati involves managing inquiries, preparing techno-commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering and operations teams, and following up with clients throughout the sales cycle. The role includes analyzing customer requirements, designing suitable solutions, supporting negotiations, and maintaining accurate sales documentation and reporting. The manager will work closely with leadership to develop sales strategies, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high standards of service and compliance with company processes. Collaboration with external partners and vendors may also be required to align solutions with the latest technologies and product offerings.
