We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Associate
Location: Dehradun (Clement Town)
Full time | No WFH | Office-Only
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate who’s hands-on, reliable, and obsessed with what works *on the feed*.
What You’ll Do:
- Developing and managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content calendars (And other social media platforms)
- Write engaging captions and coordinate daily posts/stories/reels
- Work with the design and video team to bring content ideas to life
- Research trends, hooks, and hashtags relevant to different brands
- Monitor engagement, reply to comments/DMs, and support growth campaigns
- Prepare basic performance reports
- Post content on social media as per the best times
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1 year to 2 years of experience in social media
- Can write clear,
engaging copy for brands in different industries
- Are familiar with Canva, Notion, or any scheduling tools
- Stay updated with content trends (you don’t post like it’s 2021)
- Are based in Dehradun and open to working full-time from our office
- Are organised, creative, and eager to learn fast
Bonus Points For:
- Experience managing founder personal brands
- Understanding of Instagram Reels formats
- Interest in building a long-term career in content, strategy, or branding
