About The Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for our D2C ecommerce clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and reporting — working closely with design and development teams to ensure alignment with each client's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and passionate about driving results through innovative advertising strategies.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, specifically within D2C or ecommerce sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands and achieving measurable conversions.
- Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
