About the Role
We are looking for a Client Coordination Executive who will be responsible for connecting with recent prospective clients, supporting client onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Client Coordination, with candidates from the BFSI sector preferred. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and should be comfortable making regular calls and following up with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with current prospective clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Introduce the company's services and understand prospective clients' requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Coordinate with new clients throughout the client onboarding process.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure good client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with the recruitment/operations team for timely fulfilment.
- Follow up with clients regarding vacancies, candidate requirements, interviews, selections, joining, and other recruitment-related updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, requirements, and status.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the concerned internal team.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, follow-ups, new clients contacted, clients onboarded, and business generated.
- Achieve assigned calling, client onboarding, and business development targets.
