Pixoxiq Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, statutory compliance, and ERP-based accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial and MIS reports.
- Handle accounting activities using Tally and ERP software.
- Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist with cash-flow monitoring and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting documents.
- Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Warehouse, and Production departments for accurate financial records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Familiarity with Odoo, Zoho, or similar ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESI.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
