This is a full time, on-site role for an Inbound Process Executive - Hindi located in Kochi. The Inbound Process Executive will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support and service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls, using analytical skills to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Support, Customer Service skills

Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills

Proficiency in Analytical Skills

Fluent in Hindi, with good command of the language in both spoken and written forms

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions

Experience in a similar role is advantageous

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
