Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to develop and strengthen Alfaa Panels brand presence across the PEB, insulated panels, roofing, and construction/building materials market. The role will involve brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital presence, market research, and coordination with sales and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strengthen Alfaa Panels’ brand awareness, positioning, and market presence.
- Plan and manage digital, social media, print, outdoor, BTL, and trade marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand communication, brochures, catalogues, presentations, website content, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer/industry insights.




- Coordinate with sales teams, dealers, architects, consultants, contractors, and agencies for brand-building activities.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with graphic designers, digital marketing teams, agencies, and content teams.
- Track campaign performance, brand visibility, leads, and marketing ROI.
- Maintain consistency of Alfaa Panels’ brand identity and communication across all platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and prepare regular MIS and campaign performance reports.
