Sales & Service Manager Company Overview

TEQIT is a recommerce brand. We sell refurbished laptops and desktops in ecommerce and offline stores. Provide reliable laptop repair and technical support with certified chip level repair experts. Provide Laptop rentals to corporate clients. We need a results-driven front-desk professional to convert digital leads into store visits and manage each repair from intake to delivery.

· Experience: 3–4 years in retail sales, front desk, or customer relationship management

· Location: TEQIT Store, Thuraipakkam, OMR, Chennai

· Employment: Full time, permanent

· Languages: Fluent Tamil and English, spoken and written

· Women Candidates Preferred

Role Purpose

Convert Meta leads into store appointments and manage the complete customer repair journey from check-in to payment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Conversion & Tele-calling — 40%

· Call Meta leads promptly on a timely basis.

· Explain TEQIT’s expertise, address price and trust concerns, and confirm store appointments.





· Maintain disciplined follow-ups for undecided customers to maximise conversion

2. Front-Desk Service Management — 40%

· Welcome customers, understand device issues, and set clear expectations.

· Create accurate service tickets with device-condition details.

· Coordinate with technicians and provide timely customer updates.

· Handle delivery, payment collection, and ticket closure.

3. Retention & Revenue Growth — 20%

· Recommend relevant upgrades, warranties, and accessories.

· Request and acquire Google and social media reviews from satisfied customers.

Requirements

· 3–4 years of customer-facing or tele-calling experience; electronics, device service, or telecom retail preferred.

· Strong, persuasive communication in Tamil and English.

· Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.

· Comfortable with CRM, ticketing tools, and MS Excel.
