Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving the overall growth, revenue, profitability, and expansion of the allocated branch and assigned territory.
The role involves managing branch-level business performance, sales and revenue generation, P&L;, lead generation, marketing activities, team performance, and market expansion. The BDM will provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales and business development teams while ensuring effective coordination with marketing and operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, sales expertise, and a proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Branch Business Growth & Development
* Develop and implement branch-level business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Identify and capitalize on recent business and market opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders.
* Develop and execute territory expansion strategies to increase market penetration.
* Strengthen the organization’s presence across digital, institutional, and offline channels.
* Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
* Develop strategic partnerships to support business growth and market expansion.
2. Branch P&L; and Financial Management
* Take ownership of the branch’s overall Profit & Loss (P&L;) performance.
* Monitor branch revenue, expenses, operational costs, and profitability.
* Ensure the branch achieves its financial and business objectives.
