Job Description:

The Lending Data Management & Analytics Manager will build and mature the Lending Product data, metrics, dashboarding, and insights capability. This role is for a highly self-driven, proactive analytics leader who can turn ambiguous business questions into trusted data products, executive-ready dashboards, and explicit narratives that improve prioritization, delivery predictability, product adoption, client outcomes, and commercial performance.

Success in this role requires more than producing reports. The right candidate will help define the metrics, validate the data, automate repeatable reporting, identify risks and opportunities early, and tell a compelling story with data so Product,

What Success Looks Like:

· Establishes a trusted, consistent metrics framework across product, delivery, client, commercial, and operational reporting.

· Builds executive-ready PowerBI dashboards and self-service reporting that reduce manual work and improve decision velocity.

· Connects data points into a clear business narrative: what changed, why it matters, what action is recommended, and what outcome is expected.

· Creates reporting automation and repeatable data workflows that improve accuracy, timeliness, governance, and scalability.

· Operates with ownership and urgency, proactively surfacing insights, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities without waiting to be directed.
