P.E. Erectors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage key HR functions at our Head Office in Garia.

The role will have a robust focus on Talent Acquisition and Payroll Management, along with responsibility for day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, hands-on, and capable of independently managing recruitment and payroll processes while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office and project requirements
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer roll-outs, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and an updated candidate database




- Ensure timely closure of open positions

Payroll Management
- Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing
- Maintain accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records
- Coordinate salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related information
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Coordinate with accounts and external payroll consultants, wherever required
- Support PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related statutory compliance
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, and payroll

General HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Maintain personnel files, HR records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement and internal HR communication
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of HR policies and processes
