- Governance & Compliance
- Work closely with trustees and board members.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH, ISO, AERB, etc.), and ethical practices.
- Financial Stewardship
- Balance charitable commitments with financial sustainability.
- Oversee fundraising, donor relations, and transparent reporting.
- Clinical & Operational Oversight
- Ensure high-quality patient care across departments.
- Integrate biomedical equipment, specialized systems, and digital health solutions.
- Community Engagement
- Strengthen hospital reputation through outreach, CSR initiatives, and public health programs.
- Build trust with patients, donors, and stakeholders.
- Human Capital Management
- Lead recruitment, training, and retention of medical and administrative staff.
- Foster a culture of integrity,

Typical Qualifications
- Education: MHA, MBA (Healthcare), or equivalent.
- Experience: 15–20+ years in hospital leadership, preferably with exposure to trust/governance models.
- Skills:

- Deep knowledge of hospital systems (MGPS, CSSD, radiology, nurse call, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder communication and donor management.
