Role Description
The Cafe Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Stirr in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily café operations and ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams,



and maintaining standards for coffee, food, and service. The manager will oversee inventory and supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly. They will also handle customer concerns, monitor hygiene and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local regulations. In addition, the role involves supporting events hosted at the café, implementing operational improvements, and working closely with leadership to meet financial and service goals.

Qualifications
- Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations management, including staff supervision and shift planning.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage guest feedback professionally.
- Knowledge of specialty coffee, café workflows, and basic food and beverage service standards (café experience preferred).
