Apollo Regenerative Research & Therapeutics is looking for a Senior Scientist to lead and execute research programs in regenerative medicine, cell biology, molecular biology, biomaterials and translational research, with a focus on placenta-derived biomaterials and tissue regeneration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute and optimize research studies in regenerative medicine and tissue-derived biomaterials.

Perform mammalian cell culture, primary cell handling, cell-based assays and microscopy.

Conduct PCR, qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, DNA/RNA extraction and biomarker studies.

Support microbiological evaluation, sterility testing, microbial culture and antimicrobial studies.

Conduct biochemical, antioxidant and biomaterial characterization studies.

Support preclinical/animal studies, histopathology review and coordination with CROs/external laboratories.

Prepare SOPs, protocols, study reports, technical dossiers and scientific presentations.

Maintain laboratory records and ensure compliance with quality, biosafety,



ethical and regulatory requirements.

Mentor junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional, academic and external research teams.

Contribute to product development, scientific publications and IP/patent activities.

Required Skills

Must Have: Mammalian cell culture, primary cell handling, cell-based assays, PCR/qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, molecular biology, microbiology and scientific documentation.

Preferred: Experience with regenerative medicine, stem cells, tissue engineering, wound healing, biomaterials, translational research or preclinical studies.

Exposure to HPLC, LC-MS/MS, FTIR, XRD, TEM, GraphPad Prism, Origin or Minitab will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with robust research publications, hands-on laboratory experience, translational research exposure and product development experience in biotechnology or regenerative medicine are preferred.
