Position: Junior Engineer-Cylinder Assembly

Experience: 3 To 8 Years

Location: Coimbatore, Irugur.

Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Welding Engineering with 3+ years of experience in robotic welding systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in robotic welding cells, programming, MIG/MAG/TIG and spot welding.
- Good knowledge of welding parameters, metallurgy, weld quality, NDT and process validation.
- Familiarity with robotic system safety, risk assessment, CE/UL compliance and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Solid technical leadership, troubleshooting, vendor coordination and cross-functional project management skills.

Your Task:
- Lead day-to-day welding operations, including contractors, assembly testing and team coordination.
- Manage the design, procurement, installation, commissioning and optimization of robotic welding systems.
- Control welding processes and parameters to achieve quality,



productivity and structural integrity targets.
- Drive troubleshooting, defect reduction, downtime improvement and cycle-time optimization.
- Develop SOPs, welding standards and training programs while coordinating with vendors, quality and manufacturing teams.
