About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud L2 Support Engineer to join our team on a freelance/contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and performance of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications. This role involves providing second-level support for production environments, troubleshooting complex issues,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless eCommerce operations. The candidate should possess solid technical expertise in SFCC, incident management, and application monitoring, along with excellent problem-solving skills. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting critical business functions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our eCommerce platform.

Qualifications
