- Must be able to undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
- Must have experience in site execution activities, studying and interpreting civil drawings, estimation, planning, billing, cost material management, labour handling, quality control and inspection of incoming material.
- Must have experience in preparing estimates and assigning resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.
- Must be able to resolve design and development problems.
- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
- Submit daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
