Job Title: Recovery Doctor / RMO
Location : Dadar/Borivali
Employment Type: Full-Time 10 am to 7 pm/11am to 8 pm
Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Recovery Doctor / RMO who will oversee patient recovery during and after Ayurvedic therapies. The ideal candidate will ensure that patient vitals are monitored, recovery is documented, and overall care standards are maintained within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor therapy progress and ensure smooth patient recovery.
● Keep a daily check on patient vitals and maintain health observations.
● Prepare and maintain recovery charts, including noting improvements and changes.
● Coordinate with therapists and senior doctors for treatment updates.
● Conduct follow-ups on daily patient progress and ensure timely interventions.
● Escalate red flags or any abnormal observations immediately to the senior doctor.
● Ensure patients are relaxed, well-guided, and satisfied during their clinic visits.
● Assist in therapy planning and implementation as per doctor’s advice.
● Maintain proper case sheets,
patient reports, and documentation for every therapy session.
● Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure standardized patient care protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Skills:
● BAMS (Ayurveda experience preferred)
● 1–2 years of clinical experience in recovery or patient care roles
● Good command over patient communication and holistic care approach
● Knowledge of basic vitals, report writing, and therapy tracking
● Strong coordination, documentation, and observational skills
Additional Expectations:
● Willing to work in a clinic-based setup with fixed/Flexible shift timing
● Must be proactive, organized, and a team player
