Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, technically proficient, and highly organized Team Lead cum Project
Manager to lead software development projects and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising
Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary bridge between the client, management, and the
technical team, ensuring smooth communication,
requirement clarification, project planning,
execution, monitoring, and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The candidate will be
responsible for overall project ownership, resource planning, project tracking, stakeholder
coordination, and team management while ensuring adherence to quality standards and project
timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Task Planning, Allocation & Execution
● Understand project requirements and analyze the scope of work.
● Break down the project into manageable tasks and define clear deliverables.
● Assign tasks to team members based on their skills, capacity, and project priorities.
● Monitor progress regularly and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining
quality standards.
Project Management
● Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple software development projects from initiation to
deployment.
