ASC Compliance Testing Team

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the ASC Compliance Testing team at the L3/L4 level. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in ASC applications to ensure robust compliance processes, independently managing testing cycles and resolving complex issues.1

Key Responsibilities
Compliance Execution: Independently perform comprehensive compliance testing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
System Expertise: Utilize the ASC application for daily compliance operations, including testing, data validation, and reporting.
Analysis & Resolution: Analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and address compliance-related issues with minimal guidance, ensuring timely resolution.
Documentation & Audits: Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities and support audit requirements as needed.
Process Improvement: Contribute to team efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline testing processes and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications




Experience: 6–8 years of professional experience in compliance testing and financial services operations.
Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on experience with the ASC application is mandatory.
Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of compliance testing concepts, processes, and industry regulations (e.g., ERISA, NDT, or similar retirement plan regulations).
Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Manage pension administration, including benefit calculations, payments, and compliance testing.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of retirement benefits for employees.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in the pension plan's operations.
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues related to employee advantages.
