Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to manage the design, installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of HVAC equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and review HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Perform HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
- Prepare and review HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment drawings.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP teams.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Inspect HVAC equipment and systems for quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system breakdowns and technical issues.
- Prepare project reports, maintenance records, checklists, and technical documentation.




- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, project specifications, and HVAC codes.
- Monitor project schedules, material requirements, and work progress.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, servicing, and technical support.
- Ensure energy-productive operation of HVAC systems.
- Maintain proper records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, compressors, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of ducting, piping, insulation, and air distribution systems.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC/MEP drawings..
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site activities.
