Role & responsibilities

Customer Handling: Greet visitors, manage front desk operations, and act as the main point of contact at dealerships or service centers

Appointments & Follow-ups: Schedule service bookings, test drives, and routine maintenance check-ins

Feedback & Complaints: Log customer complaints, coordinate issue resolution with internal technical teams, and track customer satisfaction indexes

CRM Management: Update digital records, manage logs via CRM software, and process workshop job cards
