We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to support the finishing and completion stages of residential real estate projects. The role involves supervising finishing works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and assisting in the timely handover of units.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, joinery, and fixtures.Monitor site work to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to drawings and specifications.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth progress of finishing works.Conduct unit inspections and snagging, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.Maintain daily site reports,
progress updates, and checklists related to finishing works.Assist in project completion documentation, including handover checklists and punch lists.Track material usage and deliveries to ensure proper inventory and avoid delays.Ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.Support senior engineers/project managers in site coordination and problem-solving.
