Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and other consultants for project design development.

2. Review and coordinate drawings for accuracy, constructability, and interdisciplinary coordination.

3. Monitor design deliverables, submission schedules, revisions, and GFC drawing releases.

4. Coordinate statutory approval drawings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and project requirements.

5. Liaise with Project and Site Teams to resolve design, technical, and construction-related issues.

6. Conduct design coordination meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on consultant action points.

7. Coordinate BOQs, specifications, material selections, design changes, and value-engineering requirements.

8. *Experience:



minimum 5 years in residential / high-rise real-estate projects with robust consultant and site coordination experience.*

9. *Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Revit / BIM is an added advantage.*

10. Strong communication, technical coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to deliver projects within quality and schedule requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
