Role Description
The Digital Marketing Mentor role at Pregrad is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The mentor will guide undergraduate learners through digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices using live, cohort-based sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering lesson plans, conducting interactive workshops,



reviewing student assignments and projects, and providing constructive feedback to support learner growth. The mentor will also help students build portfolios, prepare for interviews, and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring alignment between the curriculum and market requirements. Collaboration with the academic and career assist teams to refine course content and support placement outcomes is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications
- Robust expertise in core digital marketing areas, such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, marketing automation tools).
- Proven ability to design and deliver training content, facilitate live sessions, and mentor or coach learners in a classroom or cohort-based setting.
