We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant to support the Public Sector recruitment team, specialising in
temporary agency staffing across UK process.
This is a delivery-focused role responsible for
candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, and job updates
, while working closely with onshore consultants to ensure a strong and consistent candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates for temporary Public Sector roles, particularly within Social Care and Social Work.
- Screen and assess candidates via phone and video interviews to determine suitability.
- Prepare and submit candidate profiles to relevant job roles in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and consultants / clients.
- Regularly update and share available job opportunities with active candidate pools.
- Maintain solid engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist onshore consultants with candidate submissions and shortlisting support.




- Update CRM systems with candidate activity, submissions, and interview outcomes.
- Support job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems.
- Ensure accurate candidate records and support basic compliance checks where required.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority Public Sector roles.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment sourcing / resourcing / delivery support roles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Preferable Experience supporting recruitment within
Social Care or Social Work sectors
