Role Description
The Community Manager role at AnthillIQ is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant community within AnthillIQ’s managed office spaces, ensuring clients and members feel supported and engaged.



Day-to-day activities include welcoming and onboarding new members, organizing events and networking activities, and maintaining regular communication to address questions and feedback. The Community Manager coordinates with operations, sales, and facilities teams to ensure a smooth workspace experience, including managing meeting rooms, common areas, and service requests. The role also involves gathering insights to improve community programs, promoting inclusion and collaboration, and representing AnthillIQ’s brand values in all member interactions.

Qualifications
- Community engagement and relationship-building skills, including experience managing member or client communities and fostering inclusive environments.
