Key Responsibilities
- Major focus on innovation and cocktail development
– create new, exciting and commercially viable cocktails.
- Develop
signature cocktails, seasonal menus and unique beverage concepts
for Circuit House.
- Experiment with new flavours, ingredients, techniques and presentations.
- Prepare classic cocktails, signature cocktails, mocktails and beverages with consistency.
- Create cocktails specifically for
events, promotions and special occasions
.
- Maintain proper recipes, costing, portion control and consistency for all new creations.




- Understand guest preferences and develop drinks that are both
creative and commercially successful
.
- Control beverage wastage and maintain proper stock of bar ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of bar hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
- Work closely with the Bar Manager and Kitchen team for new ingredients, flavours and concepts.

Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience as a
Mixologist
, preferably in a premium restaurant/lounge/bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, bitters and modern mixology.
- Highly creative with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to create current cocktails from concept to final recipe.
- Good understanding of beverage costing and commercial viability.
- Good presentation, communication and guest interaction skills.
