Not Your College is a growing vertical of sheryians coding school focused on building a strong community and content ecosystem for college students. We’re looking for a
Content & Social Lead
who can own the content engine across
YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn
.

This is not a “post what’s on the calendar” role. We want someone who can spot opportunities, bring ideas, execute fast and understand what makes content work."

What you'll do
- Own the content strategy and calendar for NYC
- Identify trends, formats and content opportunities
- Develop recent content ideas and recurring formats
- Work with our YouTube, social media executives and cameraman
- Take content from
idea → shoot → publish → analyse → improve
- Track content performance and double down on what works
- Bring new initiatives instead of waiting for instructions

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in content,



social media or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Excellent understanding of current trends and Gen Z content
- Strong creative and execution skills
- Energetic, proactive and highly driven
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be told what to do
