Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to be responsible for driving marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation for the Automatic Door System business in railway and metro projects. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, supporting tendering efforts, strengthening market presence, and working closely with sales and technical teams to achieve growth objectives.

This position will be based in Ambarnath, India.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Automatic Door System vertical
- Identify and generate leads in railway, metro, and infrastructure sectors
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking
- Support business development and sales teams in tendering and bid submissions
- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders (Railways, Metro Corporations, Consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors)
- Plan and execute branding initiatives, exhibitions, and industry events
- Prepare marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, case studies, technical documents)




- Coordinate with design and technical teams to align product positioning with market needs
- Manage digital presence including website content, LinkedIn, and online campaigns
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI
- Support pricing strategy and value proposition development
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
- MBA in Marketing / Strategy (added advantage)
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in marketing/business development
- Minimum 3-5 years in railway / metro / infrastructure / industrial products
- Experience in B2B / project-based marketing is essential
- Exposure to tendering, government business, or EPC projects preferred
- Exposure to liasioning upto CME, CDE, CE, PCMM, PCEE, GM level
