ROLE PURPOSE The Special Educator delivers differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs at Ramagya School - N. Extension, ensuring equitable access to curriculum and measurable academic progress. The role requires execution of evidence-based teaching strategies, individualized education planning, and systematic monitoring of student outcomes within established school frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Administer diagnostic and progress monitoring assessments to identify student learning needs and track intervention effectiveness with documented results 2. Design and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs) with measurable, CBSE-aligned objectives tailored to each student's learning profile 3. Maintain comprehensive records of student achievement, intervention strategies, and progress data for review and compliance purposes 4. Deliver differentiated curriculum instruction with minimum 95% lesson completion rate aligned to school academic standards 5.



Conduct formative and summative assessments at prescribed frequencies and provide actionable feedback to students and parents 6. Communicate student progress to parents through structured reporting cycles, including parent-teacher interactions and documented feedback mechanisms 7. Implement positive behavior management systems and classroom discipline strategies with proactive intervention documentation 8. Collaborate with mainstream teachers, learning support staff, and school administration to facilitate inclusive educational practices 9.
