Qualification
- B. Tech in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical with 5 to 8 Experience
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (PP/MM modules) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan material requirements using BOM, MRP, and inventory status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand.
- Create and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor production progress and resolve planning-related issues.
- Maintain accurate production data and update SAP transactions.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels by minimizing excess stock and stock-outs.
- Prepare PPC MIS reports, production dashboards.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routing, and Capacity Planning.
- Hands-on SAP PP/MM experience.
- Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
