Role Overview
Looking for a proactive Jr. Jedox Support Consultant to assist finance users and ensure smooth daily system operations.
Responsibilities
- Support business users during budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
- Troubleshoot issues related to planning templates, dashboards, and Jedox Excel add-ins.
- Monitor scheduled ETL jobs and assist with data validation.
- Document system processes and handle user access management.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience or formal training with Jedox capabilities.
- Basic understanding of financial data, budgeting, and reporting structures.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve L1/L2 issues.
- Explicit communication and ability to work in a structured support environment.
