Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Online Bidder US Market to generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services bidding, lead generation, proposal writing, client acquisition, and handling US clients.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting customized proposals, following up with prospects, scheduling client discussions, and converting opportunities into successful business engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential projects and business opportunities in the US market.
- Generate leads through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms.
- Prepare and submit customized, professional proposals based on client requirements.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects through emails, platform messaging, calls, and virtual meetings.




- Manage the complete bidding process from opportunity identification to project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing US clients.
- Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on bidding and business development activities.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Achieve defined targets related to bids, qualified leads, client meetings, conversions, and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in Online Bidding, IT Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience dealing with US clients and the US market.
