Role Description
This is a full time, on-site ERP Odoo Functional Consultant role based in Kochi. The consultant will work with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Odoo ERP solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, coordinating end-to-end ERP implementations, preparing functional specifications, and supporting data migration and testing. The role involves conducting user training, creating documentation, and providing post-go-live functional support to ensure smooth system adoption. The consultant will collaborate with technical teams, participate in process improvement initiatives, and help optimize ERP usage for better operational and financial performance.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map client workflows to Odoo ERP modules.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
