Immediate Opening HR Recruiter

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Make 70100 candidate calls per day, as per business requirements.
- Schedule a minimum of 46 candidate interviews daily.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, selection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate Recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.




- Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of hiring portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with daily recruitment targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Recruitment MIS.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
