Job Description : Senior Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Own social media strategy, content direction, and brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok for multiple brands

Build and manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and posting schedules across the portfolio

Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, interns, and content creators

Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) in coordination with the performance marketing team

Track social media performance metrics, prepare and present reports with actionable insights to leadership

Drive community management strategy — engagement, response protocols, and reputation management

Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent creative output

Identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends, platforms, and formats ahead of competitors

Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and external partners as needed

Set social media KPIs and growth targets across brands,



and own accountability for results

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of experience in social media management, with prior experience leading a team or managing multiple brand handles

Proven track record of growing engagement and following across major social platforms

Solid hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

Solid understanding of social media algorithms, platform best practices, and content strategy

Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on social media performance and ROI

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

Strong portfolio/case studies demonstrating social media strategy and results across brands
