Job Role:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and

expanding existing accounts across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing,

Transportation, and Integrated Supply Chain Solutions. The role requires developing strategic sales plans,

managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue and gross

profit targets. The incumbent will work closely with operations, pricing, customer service, and commercial

teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
- Identify and acquire recent customers for Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Customs Clearance,

Warehousing, Transportation, and Supply Chain Solutions.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Generate leads through market mapping, networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up for business conversion.




- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, and corporate

customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and offer customized logistics

solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service and timely issue resolution.
- Retain and grow existing customer accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

3. Sales & Commercial Management:
- Prepare quotations, RFQs, pricing proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor customer profitability and shipment volumes.
