As we scale, we are looking for a
hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager
who can build and drive our hiring engine.

This is
not a role for someone who only manages dashboards, vendors, and recruiters
.

We are looking for someone who can lead a small TA team and still personally jump into LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, candidate outreach, interviews, negotiations, and closures whenever a critical position needs to be filled.

What You’ll Own
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition across VelocitAI.
- Lead hiring across technology, AI/data, cloud, DevOps, delivery, sales, presales, and corporate functions.
- Work directly with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and translate them into sourcing plans.
- Personally source and close difficult and business-critical positions.
- Manage and improve the productivity of the internal recruiting team.




- Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, targeted headhunting, and other sourcing channels.
- Reduce dependency on recruitment agencies by strengthening direct sourcing.
- Track ageing positions and aggressively drive them toward closure.
- Drive candidate engagement from first conversation through offer and joining.
- Improve offer-to-join ratios and proactively manage offer-drop risks.
- Build target-company maps for niche and leadership positions.
- Develop referral and employer-branding initiatives.
- Manage recruitment partners where they genuinely add value.
- Build simple, practical TA metrics around hiring TAT, ageing, source effectiveness, recruiter productivity, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.

Who We’re Looking For

You should have:
- 7–10 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Strong experience hiring for
technology / IT services / digital
