- Reach out to and counsel nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany.
- Explain the advantages of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
- Present and promote German language training packages that are essential for overseas job opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings. Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
