About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Technical Operations Manager to lead our Digital Operations Team and serve as the strategic technical authority for our enterprise digital ecosystem. This pivotal role encompasses the management, optimization, and scaling of sophisticated Content Management Systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, web applications, and integrated marketing analytics infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, establish best practices,



and architect solutions that balance innovation with stability while managing complex multi-platform environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Operations Team, establishing performance standards and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Oversee the management and maintenance of Content Management Systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms, ensuring their integration and optimal performance.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of web applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards.
- Lead the managed services team responsible for marketing and analytics tagging, ensuring accurate implementation and data integrity.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
