We’re expanding our team and are looking for a confident, reliable, and self-motivated Customer Support & Sales Executive to join us.
We are a tourism company that primarily works with international clients, so excellent English communication skills are essential.
Position Details
Location: Jaipur *(Male & Female candidates are welcome. Applicants must be based in Jaipur.)*
Work From Home
Working Hours: 6–8 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Team Meeting: Once every 15 days in Jaipur
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives *(Based on experience, skills, and performance.)*
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp
- Communicate confidently with international clients in English
- Explain tour packages and pricing
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Provide professional and timely customer support
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available during working hours
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Looking for someone who is committed, takes ownership of their work, and can consistently dedicate proper working hours without regular availability issues
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with previous experience in a travel or tourism company, especially in sales or customer support, will be given first preference.
