Designation: Accounts Manager
Location: Arunachal Pradesh ( Candidates from Arunachal Pradesh will be given robust preference)

Education Qualification:

Post Graduate in Commerce with two years of experience in Finance Management or MBA with Financial Management or Accounts as a study subject with at least 1 year of Experience in a relevant field.

Essential Experience:

Two years of experience with Audit/ Maintenance of accounts on a double-entry system in a recognized Society OR Institution. Certificate course in computer operation (minimum two months). Cost Accountant or Chartered Accountant.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To handle all matters relating to accounts, budgeting and financial matters and management of accounting procedures of ABDM in the State.

2. To organize and maintain the fund flow mechanism from NHA to the State and then from State to district.

3. Accurate and timely submission of Utilisation Certificate quarterly on expenditure to NHA, annual audited statement of accounts,



and intensive monitoring of financial management.

4. Coordinating with the AP State Health Society and District Health Societies to address the audit objection/internal control weaknesses, and issues of disallowances, if any, and thus managing the statutory audit of Districts & State offices.

5. Preparing annual and quarterly budgets for the State

6. Ensuring that adequate internal controls are in place to support the payments and receipts.

7. Ensuring timely consolidation of accounts/financial statements at the state level.

8. Coordinating with the finance personnel at NHA.

9. Ensure audit of accounts of ABDM by the auditor appointed by the State.

10. Assist the State Nodal Officer (ABDM) in the implementation of ABDM activities in the State.

11. Any other task as may be given by the State Mission Director, ABDM.
