Recollectix Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing verticals. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, experience in digital marketing sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Pitch Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing solutions to brands, agencies, startups, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

* Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client objectives and recommend customized digital marketing solutions.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

* Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, influencer ecosystem, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and influencers.

* Proposal & Campaign Planning:
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and campaign plans.
- Collaborate with the creative, influencer, and social media teams to design impactful campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of business opportunities.

* Reporting & Performance
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Share weekly and monthly sales reports with management.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
