Position: Corporate Attorney – Europe & UK
Experience: 5–15 years Years
Work Location: India - Noida
Working Hours: UK/CET Overlap (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST)
Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, vendor, procurement, and reseller contracts.
- Provide legal support for commercial transactions across India, Europe, and the UK.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, GDPR/UK GDPR, and EU digital regulations.
- Partner with business, HR, Finance, and global legal teams on cross-border legal matters.
- Support risk management, dispute resolution, and contract standardization initiatives.

Required Skills:
- LL.B. degree with Bar Council enrollment.
- 5–15 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
- Strong expertise in international technology B2B commercial contracts.
- Hands-on experience with GDPR/UK GDPR and EU regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced global environment.

Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
