Job Title: Business Intelligence Senior Associate

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days work From Office)

Position Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics / MSBI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, T-SQL, ETL, data modeling, and business intelligence.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise analytics solutions, reverse-engineering complex legacy data systems, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- The role requires strong technical ownership, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Data Engineering,



Data Science, and Data Management teams. Experience with GCP and modern cloud data technologies is highly preferred.
- Employees in this job function are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create strong business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs
- Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions. Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
