Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations, including sales, customer service, and collections.
- Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong local customer and business relationships.
- Drive loan disbursement and recovery targets.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain efficient day-to-day branch operations.
- Support business growth and contribute to TJFC's financial inclusion and MSME-focused objectives.
- Travel within the field as required for branch and business activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in NBFC lending.
- Experience in vehicle loans and MSME loans.
- Proven team leadership and people management skills.
- Strong sales, collection, and business development capabilities.
- Good customer relationship and local market networking skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Tamil fluency preferred.
