WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR CLIENT - A growing premium wellness, fragrance and natural-products company and looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive to develop and grow its B2B and corporate gifting business.

The role will be responsible for new client acquisition, corporate sales, revenue generation, account development and relationship management across the company's premium wellness, fragrance, aromatherapy and gifting portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently generate leads, meet decision-makers, close deals and achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Business Development
- Generate recent business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, references, LinkedIn and other lead-generation channels.
- Identify and acquire corporate clients across IT, BFSI, FMCG, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, consulting and other industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for corporate and institutional business.




- Identify corporate gifting opportunities for festivals, employee gifting, client gifting, weddings, events, conferences and corporate milestones.
- Connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing and business decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and sales pitches.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, volumes and timelines.
- Prepare and present suitable product proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate commercials and close orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Proactively research and identify potential corporate accounts.
- Build a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Follow up consistently on leads, enquiries, quotations and proposals.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Develop new channels and sources for corporate sales.
- Maintain a strong prospect-to-conversion pipelin
