Senior Accounts Executive – Export & GST

Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle export documentation including Shipping Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists & BLs.
- Manage E-Invoices, E-Way Bills, GST workings, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B.
- Perform GST reconciliation with GSTR-2B and books of accounts.
- Handle TDS workings and returns.
- Prepare GST refund workings and coordinate the refund process.
- Perform BRS and monitor banking transactions.
- Handle accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, journals & petty cash.
- Manage BRC workings through DGFT and export realization documentation.
- Handle export incentives including Duty Drawback and RoDTEP.
- Assist in monthly/yearly finalization, statutory, tax & internal audits.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities and internal teams.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting & export procedures.
- Working knowledge of DGFT, ICEGATE & export banking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime/ERP or SAP.
- Robust analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
